Heart signs have been popping up around the country. We like to think of them as standing for “Love, Kindness, and Community.” We first came upon the signs in Maine where they appeared in meadows, seashores, and front yards. Immediately they captured our curiosity. In Westport, Massachusetts, a resident said, “Perhaps no words are necessary because these hearts represent love in all its forms.”
Since we brought a sign home to Maryland, it has been lovely to find them cropping up in gardens and odd places throughout our wonderful community. People are saying the signs just make them feel good. It would be so great if they were to spread. ♥️
